Following a career in soccer coaching with Wolverhampton Wanderers after leaving school, Ryan decided care is where he would like to be and started as a carer in 2010.
Ryan transferred to Perton Manor when it opened in 2013 as Care Manager and was central to the successful recruitment and training of new staff.
Ryan’s natural coaching and mentoring abilities, his experience in caring for those with serious mental illnesses and his skills at seeing things from a higher level gave Juliet the opportunity to create a new role. In this role Ryan works across Perton Manor and Woodford House to work with and support the homes’ managers and staff to find ways to improve the quality of the care being delivered.
During this time Ryan has completed Diploma level 3 in Health & Social care and has embarked on the Level 5 Leadership & Management programme.
